Hypnosis works the opposite of a diet. Rather than trying to trick your mind into eating less, hypnosis reprograms your mind to be satisfied with smaller portions and healthier choices. Throughout our life we end up becoming conditioned to feel and act a certain way. Think of a time when you were driving, and while you were driving you kind of started daydreaming and then all of sudden realize that you just drove 2 miles and don’t know how you stayed on the road. When that happens it is your subconscious taking over. And your subconscious forms habits over time. And with most of us we end up being on autopilot when we’re eating. We end up eating things mindlessly and too fast, and end up at the end of a meal wondering how we ate all that food. Our subconscious can form habits that need to be broken on a subconscious level. With Hypnosis we are able to change that part of you, so you are naturally inclined to eat slower, to think about what you’re doing, and to automatically desire healthy foods.
Option #1 - Our weight loss program consists of 4 sessions. Occasionally there is a need for a fifth session. Through these sessions we help reprogram the way you feel toward eating. You can expect to feel differently toward your eating starting at the first session you finish. Cost: $450 for 4 sessions.
Option #2 - Hypnosis + Nutrition: We have a nutritional counselor who sees clients out of our office. It is an excellent combination to combine a nutritional counseling package with our Weight Loss Hypnosis package. With Hypnosis we are able to help you change the way you feel, so you can feel and act the way you want to. But some clients don’t really know what they should be eating. Having nutritional counseling helps them so they can know what to eat for their particular body, and then to have additional accountability for what they eat. This is a whole self option because it effectively addresses the Mental, Spiritual, and Physical aspects of losing weight. Cost: Additional $350 for an initial consultation and four follow up visits over 8 weeks.
